At MediaBoom, we aim to deliver high-quality digital promotion services. However, if thereβs a valid issue with your order, we do offer partial refunds under specific conditions.
β Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a 50% to 70% refund (maximum) in the following situations:
- Service Not Delivered
- If we fail to deliver the service within the promised timeframe (usually 0β24 hours), and no valid update is provided.
- Partial Delivery or Major Technical Errors
- If your order is only partially completed due to a fault on our side.
- Duplicate Payments
- If you accidentally paid twice for the same service.
π¨ Note: In all cases, only 50% to 70% of the total amount may be refunded. Full refunds are not issued once service processing begins.
β Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- If the service was successfully delivered as described.
- Drop in followers/views due to platform cleanup or algorithm changes.
- Client-side issues: wrong link, account privacy, username errors, etc.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results after delivery.
π Alternative: Re-Delivery
In eligible cases, we may offer re-delivery instead of a refund if it helps complete your original order.
π Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit your request within 3 days of order delivery.
- Include Order ID, platform name, and reason for refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method.

We are not affiliated with any social media platform like YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook.
Refund approvals and percentages (50% to 70%) are decided on a case-by-case basis.
Repeated refund requests may lead to account suspension.
